Delivery areas

We deliver orders to all areas within the United Kingdom.

If you would like to place an order for delivery outside of the United Kingdom, this can be arranged by contacting our customer service department.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free within the United Kingdom.

Delivery outside of the United Kingdom is not free, and a quote for delivery costs can be obtained by contacting our customer service department.

Delivery method

Deliveries within the United Kingdom are sent via tracked next day delivery, excluding some postcodes within the Scottish Highlands and Islands as noted below.

We use several delivery partners, including DPD, DHL, and Royal Mail, and reserve the right to use any delivery partner of our choice provided the advertised delivery timeframe is adhered to.

UK orders placed by 2pm will be dispatched to our delivery partners on the same day excluding weekends.

UK orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the following day excluding weekends.

For the avoidance of doubt, orders received after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
